QUALIFICATION: Health and Safety Executive First Aid at Work
Passing this course means that you can be nominated as a qualified "First Aider" at your place of work.
FIRST AID AT WORK COURSE DETAILS
DURATION: 3 days
COST: £200.00 plus VAT
ASSESSMENT: One externally set multiple choice examination. On successfully passing the examination there are
three further practical assessments
RESULTS: Available on the final day of the course
CERTIFICATE: Generally 10-14 days following successful completion of the course
VALIDITY: Qualification is valid for three years and is subject to renewal every three years by means of a two-day
requalification course and assessment. The Health & Safety Executive also recommend an annual refresher
course.
This is a Health & Safety Executive approved three-day course that complies with the HSE (First Aid) Regulations of 1981.
First Aid coverage in the workplace is a legal requirement.
